Children of the King

by Brenda J. Wood

Real friends, this is a short note from Princess Brenda. Somebody laughed at me the other day because I called myself Princess Brenda, but my thinking is this: God is my Lord. God is King and I am His child so if I’m the child of a king then I am a princess, and I stand by that firmly. Princesses have to know how to act and when I apply princess to my writing, I think I need to do it better than I have. God gave me a gift and I must apply it. I can’t send in kind of sleazy messages or unsearched thoughts or opinions that are mostly mine. God must always be my guide. Maybe you don’t know that you’re a princess or a prince. That’s unfortunate but if you know Jesus as your personal Saviour, then you are royalty, and royalty knows when to keep his mouth shut, when to speak, and when to display truth. Royalty helps others when they can; royalty makes a difference in other people’s lives.

Royal Child of the King, what is happening in your life today? How are you self controlled while living in your royal robes? How are you helping your crown to the world be blessed as you travel in your royal carriage toward heaven?

Brenda J Wood loves her life of writing, speaking, and grandchildren. Author of more than 50 books, Brenda lives just north of Toronto Canada and loves walking paths cleared of snow and brimming with sunshine.
